All student athletes must have a DIAA physical dated after April 1, 2023 on file with the Conrad School Nurse - Melody Brown - in order to try out & participate in the 2023-2024 school year.  The DIAA physical must be uploaded on Family ID.  
  

• Please fill out the following forms:
• 1. DIAA Physical Form 
• 2. FamilyID.com
• The physical will be valid for the entire 2023-2024 school year.
• Please complete registration/ upload physical at FamilyID.com

WELLNESS CENTER:
We now have a school-based Wellness Center & membership is free.  The Wellness Center can complete DIAA physical forms for Conrad athletes.
1.  Parents must complete all DIAA physical forms & Wellness Center Forms
2.  Athletes must schedule an appointment

MIDDLE SCHOOL WINTER TRYOUTS START MONDAY 11/13

In order to try-out, ALL student- athletes must have a DIAA physical and register on Family ID. NO EXCEPTIONS!

All MS sports start on Monday(11/13) or Tuesday (11/14).  Please be prepared with proper equipment and clothing for your specific athletic try-out.  
All athletes will meet in a classroom first for directions before going outside. IMMEDIATELY AFTER SCHOOL.

MS Softball- Tryouts are Thursday, Friday and Saturday(1pm)- meet at the softball fied.
MS Track- Tryouts are 3/8 Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday- meet in Coach Fontinha's room. room 106.

 

NEW SPECTATOR INSTRUCTIONS

As of January 4th, Conrad will limit spectators to 2 PER ATHLETE.  Home and vistiting spectators must check-in at the ticket table.  Social distancing and proper mask wearing is MANDATORY. Thank you for your flexibilty and understanding.

Dear Conrad Students, Parents, Alumni, and Community,

Conrad Schools of Science will hold the annual Hall of Fame this fall.  It is an exciting endeavor to highlight some of the school's noteworthy contributors in one of three ways; athletics, academics, and school-community. 

The selection process will be done in early fall, and each year at our homecoming football game, we will honor those selected. 

Anyone that would like to nominate a person for this honor must fill out the application and return it via email or US mail to the Conrad Schools of Science Athletic Department, c/o Patrick Williamson, Athletic Director.  We look forward to accepting your nominations to honor our school's rich history!
